The “content” for each video was gathered from a short interview conducted with each employee over a two day period.  After finding the best location for each interview, we set up lighting and audio, and recorded a 5-10 minute interview with each person.  We then edited the 5-10 minute interview down into a 1-2 minute video “script”.  We then spent 1-2 hours shooting video with each person as they performed their tasks at the hospital.  All video was shot at 1280 x 720p High Definition using two Sony PMW Ex1 cameras.

The idea for these videos was to have the employees share what they like about the hospital instead of having a narrator providing the information.  This technique often provides a connection with the audience on a more personal level.
