The 22nd Annual Pillar Awards are sponsored by the Women’s Resource Center.

Every year they honor three West Michigan companies that have progressive policies to support women in the workplace.  2011’s winners were Grand Rapids Community Foundation, Priority Health, and Plante Moran.

2011 was the second year the Fresh Look Video worked with the Women’s Resource Center to produce the award videos.

We spent half a day at each company shooting the interviews and other footage.  Then after writing the narration, we hired a professional narrator to provide the transitions to each video.
